Booking Procedure, Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.
- After having sent the booking enquiry, you will get the reservation details and confirmation of the availability.
-The total cost, deposit and payment procedure will be included in the reservation details.
- Please do not forget to provide your correct and active e-mail address in order to receive the reply quickly.
- In the case of different time zones, weekends, and public holidays, the reply may be delayed.
- Please do not provide your credit card details by e-mails or in the insecured Websites.
- For New Year Party Package, the status of bookings is changed daily and it may sometimes cause inconvenience in getting the place. We apologize in advance for your kind understanding if it is the case.
- If you use a free webbased email account (hotmail, yahoo mail,etc.) Please also check your JUNK (BULK) mail box to see if our inquiry reply email is there. We recommend you to keep us in your safelist for further information.
Voucher and Payment Confirmation Receipt
- When the full payment is received, a confirmation email of your package will be sent to you and it is required to show at the hotel or resort upon check in.
Transfer Service Policy
- We provide transfer service from Koh Samui airport or Hotel only. Since New Year Period is the busiest time on Koh Phangan. Please strictly make your trip as in our transfer in and out
- The transfer voucher will be issued and send to you by email after you confirm the place you stay on Koh Samui or Flight arrival time and flight no. Please print the transfer voucher out to show to our pickup manager at the pickup time.
- The travel agent is not resposible in transfer service from Koh Samui that cause by boat delayed or cancelled due to the weather.
- The Travel Agent is not responsible
for any customer who miss the transfer service after confirmation.
- The Travel Agent is not responsible for any customer who do not confirm the transfer service at least 15 days in advance for New Year period, the boats are always full. The earlier you confirm, the faster you will get the service.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellation can be process up to 15 days of payment received.
- THE CANCELLATION REFUND WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY WESTERN UNION WITH 5% BANK FEE, 20% ADMISTRATION FEE AND WIRE TRANSFER FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT. YOUR REFUND WILL BE ARRIVED TO YOU IN TWO WEEKS TIME.
- If later than 15 days, there is no REFUND for we already confirm the resort of your booking.
- Reservations with arrival date within 1 month of the date payment strictly NO REFUND.
- The Travel agent RESERVES THE RIGHT of NO REFUND for any RESERVATION THAT IS CONFIRMED THE PICKUP SERVICE.
- The Travel agent RESERVES THE RIGHT of NO REFUND for NO SHOW CUSTOMER.
Terms of Service
- All reservation are subject to
availability at the time of booking.
- Tour prices include accommodation,
transportation, tour and other services as specified in the program
and exclude air, bus and train ticket, airport taxes, or other
documentation, taxis outside of regular transfers provided, telephone
calls, personal and baggage insurance, laundry, liquor, drinks,
excess baggage charges, room service, meals (unless specified)
tip or any item of a personal nature.
- Since New Year Period is the busiest
time on Koh Phangan so we need 100% PAYMENT maximum
3 days after we confirm the availability.
